Sundown Studios offers custom-made pieces created according to the customer’s specifications. By requesting or purchasing a custom order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Approval & Communication
All custom orders must be approved by Sundown Studios prior to purchase. Orders placed without written approval will be refunded. Clear, accurate, and timely communication is required from the customer throughout the custom process. Sundown Studios is not responsible for delays or errors resulting from incomplete or unclear communication.
Payment Terms
Full payment (100%) is required upfront before any custom work begins. For custom orders exceeding $500, a payment plan may be offered at the sole discretion of Sundown Studios and must be agreed upon in writing prior to production.
Final Sale & No Cancellation Policy
All custom orders are final sale and non-refundable. Once production has begun, orders may not be canceled, modified, returned, or exchanged for any reason. By purchasing a custom order, the customer expressly waives any right to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for services rendered, materials purchased, or labor performed.
Chargeback & Dispute Protection
By placing a custom order, the customer acknowledges that custom work is made specifically to their request and cannot be resold. Chargebacks, payment disputes, or claims filed after approval or production has begun will be considered a violation of these Terms of Service. Sundown Studios reserves the right to submit all relevant documentation—including order approvals, communications, progress records, and images of the completed piece—to payment processors and financial institutions to contest any dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent refusal of service and may be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Creation & Approval
Once payment is received, Sundown Studios will begin production. The customer will be provided with images of the completed piece for review prior to shipment. Approval at this stage constitutes acceptance of the final product.
Shipping & Insurance
All custom orders are shipped fully insured. Customers are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to Sundown Studios’ Shipping Policies prior to placing a custom order.
Agreement to Terms
By placing a custom order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all applicable Terms of Service, Shipping Policies, and the conditions outlined above.
