Sundown Studios – Shop Policies & Disclosure
• Custom Orders:
All custom orders are final sale. No returns or exchanges on custom pieces.
• Returns:
No returns unless otherwise specified. Item condition is fully disclosed prior to purchase. Each piece is hand crafted (or) considered vintage. No two will ever be the same. 
• Production Time:
All items are made to order. Please allow appropriate time for fabrication. Standard completion time is up to 4 weeks unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon prior to purchase.
• Changes:
Once fabrication has begun, no changes can be made to the order.
• Sizing:
Please ensure correct sizing for all custom orders. Sundown Studios is not responsible for incorrect sizing provided by the customer.
• Handmade Variations:
Each piece is handcrafted, and slight variations between pieces are normal and to be expected.
• Shipping Responsibility:

Sundown Studios is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once an order has been shipped. Once a shipment is marked as delivered by USPS or UPS, Sundown Studios is not liable for loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery. While such incidents are not the responsibility of Sundown Studios, we will assist customers with insurance claims when applicable.

Shipments over 150$ require signature upon delivery to protect both the customer and Sundown Studios.

Sundown Studios is not responsible for shipping errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required for reshipment

• Payments:
100% payment is required upfront unless the item exceeds $500, in which case it may be eligible for a deposit and payment plan (must be discussed and approved by Sundown Studios prior to purchase).
• Deposits & Payment Plans:
All deposits are non-refundable.
Failure to make scheduled payments may result in a $25 weekly fee added to the remaining balance.
• Abandoned Orders:
An order is considered abandoned after 30 days of non-payment. Abandoned orders are not eligible for a refund and may be resold or destroyed at the discretion of Sundown Studios.
• Communication:
Please communicate any issues or concerns promptly. While policies are firm, I do my best to work with customers whenever possible and may make exceptions at my discretion.
